I just want to give a nod to Cobalt. 1 of my 2 Neotherm heaters blew out a few weeks ago. I contacted them concerning a replacement and got prompt response. Now it's been roughly 4 weeks and they're still out of stock but they offered me a cheaper heater to hold me over for free till they're in. I declined because I didnt really need it. They said a box of goodies was on it's way. A week later I
