Cobalt Neo Therm

So I have a question for you guys since I have to wait 10 minutes until Cobalt Aquatics opens. So I bought a 150 Watt Neo Therm in 2/17 it worked great. Until about a week ago it was right on point. Then I started noticing drop in temp and it couldn't stay at a normal temperature. Now it just doesn't work. It shows the temp of the tank and what its set to but its not warm to the touch and doesn't increase the temp at all. Just to answer some questions, its plugged into a normal outlet not my apex. Any suggestions as to why this happens, oh and this is the second one. The first one lasted about a year, like its supposed to. This one lasted maybe 2 months.

Some are junk take it back get a new one.

I have actually had pretty good luck with those heaters....I would just get it exchanged for a new one. Even though they seem to be pretty reliable, I would still recommend controlling it with a separate thermostat/controller though, if possible.

I've had one in my QT for the longest time but I've also had one pop open ( this was two years ago) so to me I don't chance them anymore I bought both at the same time
