Can anyone tell me why my live rock look like they have cobwebs all over them? Thanks

either sponge or your dosing and its bacterial. Since your newer, I'll go with sponge.

Shouldn't be. sometimes if they last they might need some grooming if it starts to grow over a coral or something. but generally just a harmless and beneficial filter feeder.
