My new coco worm has been hiding halfway out of his tube all day. He is still alive as whenever a fish gets too close he hides even further back, what could be causing such behavior?
I have 3 green reef chromis, two clowns, and a snail in the tank, he has been fed with Kent Marine Phytomax, two drops every two days.

Can you post a picture? Is he fully retracting in to his tube if you block the light to him?

Coco worms are known to be tough to keep, although I had one in a AIO pico for a few years.

my coco worm took a good week or so to start staying out. Now it's out most of the time. Doesn't even duck back in with shrimps on him or my hand in tank. Give the guy a chance. And check the flow. I had mine in high flow and it was blowing its feathers over like a tree in the wind. I moved it to a spot where it gets gentle movement
