Haha. So funny/cool u tried it. Pics up tomorrow. The fish that went crazy were thread fin butterfly, emperor, unicorn tang, banana wrasse, bird wrasse, sear grant majors. I think there were a few others, but don't remember. There were some Achilles tangs around, but they didn't care. So maybe butterflies, angels and wrasse were most interested.

We call it "spoon meat". You can easily
Scoop it with a spoon. Comes from a young coconut. Just after it turns from green to tan. Very tasty. I would think an older coconuts meat would be too hard. Like the grated version you get for baking. On the other end, if you get a coconut that has started growing into a tree and cut it open, the meat is like a sponge. Pretty sweet and Different.
