My tank is completely healthy and the parameters are perfect. My bounds mushroom has started to shrink and a whole has formed in the middle with some white warmish got spewing out. Any idea what this is and or what remedy I can use to reverse this?

What testing kit are you using? Have you verified your water parameters at a LFS or other source?

How old is you tank? Light and tank Params? How long the mushroom is been there ?

Typically a shroom like this is a goner and will melt. I have been able to successfully slice off a foot piece to at least grow a new one from. Wish I knew that when this happened to my eclectus shroom.

Cut at your own risk but what your seeing almost always leads to a melted shroom. Iodine dips will prolong the time it takes to melt but I was not able to save any that way.

I wish I could help, but I have very little experience with mushrooms and never with sick ones. I'm always trying to figure out how to keep them from over growing stuff.

The mushroom could be damaged one treatment that I have used a dip in a solution of Lugol's iodine.
This will stop any bacteria infection of the mushroom.
