I bought the first pack and was incredibly disappointed. The "nickel size" mushrooms are the size of pencil erasers at best, and the most expensive mushroom- rainbow lava- was missing from a blank frag plug and after dipping, found some bristle worms too. Nowhere to be found in the bag. The response I got from the seller was "I must not understand that mushrooms stress when they ship." Apparently, the expensive ones disappear When shipped too. Been in the hobby for 15 years. Never got beat like this. Small reef community. Unacceptable in my opinion

How long have they been in the tank for since you got them? They shrink some when shipped. The missing in the bag I can't answer. Did you send a pic of the bag where the shroom was supposed to be to the seller? To me that's doa if it ain't in the bag lol

I also got a pack from him as well, when the box arrived, water was cold. Open up the bag and noticed one of the mushroom was floating, hope it wasnt the rainbow lava lamp.

I got a pm over 4 hours after FedEx delivered the package to cellkat

He told me one was missing
And they were very small

My pm back to him was
Mushrooms due shrink when stressed

I also asked if his box sat on the front porch where FedEx said they delivered it for 4 hrs

I guarantee there was a mushroom in every bag. He says there wasn't and when asked for pictures. None are provided

I am not trying to rip anyone off. But when someone sets policies for their sale they need to be followed

I ask that all doasust be reported in 2 hrs. You contacted me 4 hrs later. The reason 2 hrs is given is so I can confirm your shipment wasn't sitting out on your front porch in the cold for hours on end

A simple question of asking for pictures of doa in the bag. Cellkat sent me 1 pm about his shipment and after my reply he has not contacted me since. Without pictures. Nothing is credited.


No contact from cellkat and then right to the boards to leave negative feedback

The guy who left negative recently will be changing it to positive. Early next week. I missed some pms from him and his replacement pieces are being shipped Tuesday. Miscommunication on my part and when I make a mistake I take care of it

Having gotten several items from Bob (turbo21) and knowing how he deals with other folks who buy from him, I can definitely say that he's a stand up guy and someone I have no problem recommending. He has awesome livestock, and works to do right by people who work with him. If rules about receiving shipment aren't followed, then the buyer forfeits the guarantee...these are standard shipping rules in this hobby.

Plus one on a good seller! Everyone has to understand shipping corals if tough on them and even with the best practices you still run into problems. Shipping corals overnight is very expensive and it's not like we (hobbiest) are making a killing trading and selling corals. So give a little grace and enjoy the hobby.
