Colonial Hydroids, Treatments?

about 99% sure this is some colonial Hydroids.

Any treatments? I'm considering covering with epoxy and letting them smother. I have a couple spots like this and want to get out in front.

Sure are hydroids. Epoxy sounds like a good plan of action.
