I bought a nice bright orange plate coral about 3 weeks ago and he has gradually changed to a muted pink. He is in a 55 gal mixed tank
I have t5's that I just found out I have been running too long and too bright (13 hours). All water parameters are perfect. Anyone know what I might be doing wrong?

sounds like bleaching my rainbow plate did the same but it was the green and went to a faint white green, so i moved it to the shade and it's finally getting it's color back..

Here is a current pic of the coral. He was a vibrant orange when I got him about 3 weeks ago. Sorry no pic of him when I first got him.

Definitely looks bleached. Moving it to a lower light area should help it regain color.
