Often a sign of stress. It seems to have a slash omits back from a scape or another tang and noticeable fin damage
What other fish are in the tank?
What is age of tank?

I have two ocellaris clowns and a cleaner shrimp and the tank is 3 months old

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

It looks like it has a number of minor bites on the trailing edges of the fins. If it didn't arrive to you like that, it would have to be due to the clownfish. There is also a dark line running just under its dorsal fin, I don't know what that it.

As long as it is eating well and not breathing fast, I don't think there is a lot to worry about. Fish often fade color in captivity, especially in tanks with a lot of white substrate and rocks.

Be sure to feed it a couple of times a day, and feed it a good diet - algae/plants, krill and small pelleted foods.

With my new powder brown it was afraid of the algae clip I had to put the seaweed on a piece of rubble with a rubberband. Make it feel more at home you will be alright.
