Color question

I have had my tank upfor about 3 months now and my live rock had red on it when I first set It up then it disappeared now its back with this green stuff is it all just algea if so this is good right? Also I have these little creatures are these feather dusters if not should I get rid of them thanks for the help. I want to start adding coral but want to make sure every thing is good

Just an algae bloom buddy. Might want to check and see what your water parameters are at and watch your phosphate/nitrate leves. Snails and hermits will start chowing down on that. As far as the duster goes-its common to get those little guys as hitch hikers on your live rock. They are filter feeders so nothing to worry about there.
 
Oh and that redish purple stuff is coralline algea.Its encrusting and a sign of a healthy/mature tank.So don't worry it will grow back!!!
