Recently bought my first LED fixture and was wondering what a general color spectrum looks like

It has 5 settings dawn, sunrise, day, sunset, night and 4 color spectrum you can adjust

White
Royal blue and blue
Red and green
Violet and blue

I already know i dont want to use that much red/green but What should be the primary colors for each of those time periods? Most asking for the daytime since its most important

Personally I would do.
Dawn: rb&b
Sunrise: rb&b, v&b
Day: all, lower whites if possible to 30-50%, r&g(20%)
Sunset: rb&b, v&b, r&g(10 %)
Night: off

This is assuming you have equal amounts of led diodes per color. It’s hard to give a good spectrum without knowing which light.
