Colt coral?

My colt coral use to be real big and nice. Now its been shriveled up to nothing. All my other corals are doing good. Please help if you can. The only thing in can test right now is
Ammonia
Nitrate
Nitrite
PH

Do you run any carbon? Is a coral next to the colt causing issues perhaps?

I am not sure if this is a "colt" coral as someone once told (guessed) it was, but it experience something similar to what you described as shown. During this period, I significantly reduced my nutrient levels to try and grow acroos. Since it somewhat melted, I let my levels get a little bit dirtier and it rebounded back. Hope this helps!
