For us to help guide you in anyway, let's start with your parameters and lighting/tank set up

Alk 7 cal 440ppm phophate and nitrarate close to 0 i use maxspect 160 watt 420r 20000k light on it

It is mentend about level of between 1400 ppm aprox my zoa are on sand bed near the rock his colonyes are growing on the rock to .

IMG-20160921-WA0000.jpg this is the one i have now it take 10 day befor

Frag the green polyps off the main colony. Those huge palys are probably shadowing it too much

Tel me in detailing because i m new in this hobby and i dont know how to frag

Just so you don't have to read tons of steps here , id suggest you you tube or google "safely fragging palythoas and zoanthids"

From there you can gather the necessary materials to frag the polyps you need to save and relocate.

Ultimately, your zoos are losing color because the palys next to them are competing for light and clearly winning the battle lol

If i cut that colured one that any risk on it .and my zoantid gets colur back .

There is always risk when fragging , you just have to make sure your cuts are nice and clean and on the right part of the skin matting and not on the polyp or anything like that. It's fairly easy to be honest. Just wear gloves and protective eyewear.
You'll need some super glue gel to put it on a frag plug or rubble rock. Additionally, you can give the fresh cut polyps a iodine bath before placing them back in the tank. They love that stuff.
