comb like white stuff on rubble rock

Can folks help to ID this? The piece of rubble is usually covered by a mushroom coral that’s attached to it. Saw this weird white growth all over the edge of the piece of rubble rock.

This. Though this species typically grows very fast (@ISpeakForTheSeas can confirm in my case) but as they mentioned it dosent harm anything
