Combining tanks

Need to know how to handle live rock and corals from my 30 gallon mixed reef as I intergrate them into my 125 FOWLR and a QT tank (temporarily until I get my NUVO 50 set up) I want to kill off my bristle worms and vermetid snails on some of the live rock I'm moving over. Whats the fastest safest way to treat the rock before I add it to my FOWLR?
