Combining two systems

So I’m stumped, I’m currently running a 25 gallon frag tank with 40breeder sump. I just bought a 90 gallon dt. Anybody have any advice on how I can combine the two systems? Only having one sump on a running system already, how can I get the other system going without having to buy another sump system?

Bigger return pump with a wye and 2 valves to regulate the flow to each tank... or 2 separate return pumps

Sorry maybe didn’t explain good enough. I could throw the sump under my 90 and use separate return pump like you said to feed the frag tank but my concern is that I only have roughly 45 gallons of established water in frag tank. So me adding a larger volume of fresh saltwater (90gal) to a smaller system like my frag tank, would that cause a mini cycle?

Fill the 90 with water sand and your rock and power heads. Add bacteria and let it run within itself for the cycling period, with no water flowing through the sump. Once the cycle is complete, do a water change and then start running it though the sump
