About 9 years ago I quit salt water for good. It was the 2nd time that our electric went out for more than a day and I lost another entire aquarium of corals and fish. I invited my salt water friends to come and get any equipment, live rock, testing kits etc I was done. Fast forward. We have been remodeling our home and the first thing I purchased was a whole house generator. My husband asked me one day out of the blue, "you ever think about getting an aquarium again?". Well DAM-YUM. I don't have to worry now. So now I need to catch up on all the new stuff. Looking to get a hundred gallon. Acrylic or glass?

Welcome back!!! IMO, I’d lean toward glass.
