Some of aquascaping is personal preference! However, the article @dbl posted is great! I am getting ready to do my 180, and am keeping my photography skills in mind. I am actually thinking of having our art students at the high school I work at design my tank to incorporate them into this passion of mine!
That being said - I like the arch on the right. But when I first saw it, I thought it was trying to spell something. I would vary the height in the islands and maybe get some more "shelving" so that you have real estate for coral on the left pieces - less "wall" like - but that is my personal opinion.

On the left i havr lots of space for coral is like a triangle it grows from bottom to the top.

The last picture looks lot better then the first one. You may be able to incorporate the rock on the right to create something that follows the rule-of-third (the article @dbl mentioned explains that). But rules are meant to be broken. Do what's pleasing to your eye. I have never liked my own aquascape. And I have done a ton of research on aquascape, yet mine still sucks. Only suggestion I'd give you, make sure you leave room all around so it's easier to clean. If you stack your rock against the back glass or too close to the side glasses, you won't be able to clean any algae. Leave 3-4" room for you to stick a scrapper or something to clean the inside glass.
I would try and get as much of the rock off the back wall as possible. It will make keeping the back clean much easier. Admittedly I do not do this in my reef as it's only 18" deep but I would if I could. Also what kind of corals do you plan on keeping? Depending on what you want to put where will make a difference in the aquascape.
