company praise AIR WATER ICE

Just wanted to share my experience. I have a typhoon III extreme from Air water ice. I had to order replacement filters cause welll it was that time. so i put in the filters and all of a sudden realized i was having pressure issues. and cause all sorts of problems. so i called up Air water ice.. cause i took it apart thinking there might be a blockage or something cause all i did was replace filters i mean what could filters do to cause a low pressure issue right? lol so dumb@ss me forgot how it went back together.. they did everything they could to help me get it back together right.. and lo and behold.. found out that one of the carbon block filters was causing the pressure issue. apparently they have issue with it being to tight or something.. so they sending me new filters and a new ASOV completely free. cant praise them enough for taking the time to walk me through the issue and getting it back up and running.. well worth the money and great support... back to 0 tds yesssssss

Agreed! I have the same unit and when it came in it had a little bag of extras. I tossed it into a cabinet. About a week later I mover the unit and it fell over breaking a couple of fittings. I checked the bag and it had enough replacements already taped up with plumbers tape and everything! Very awesome. I really do like this company. How can you beat a lifetime guarantee?

ehhh its going.. slow painfully but its going.. had surgery last friday.. 6 screws and a plate holding me together. .lol **** happens.. gotta learn to deer hunt with a gun instead of a motorcycle... lol
