The supplier I trust the most keeps limited stock, I was wondering if I could run these by you lot as considering one or two of them?

Midas blenny - I already have an algae blenny, would these clash?

Yellow wrasse - would there be conflict with the 6 line wrasse already in the tank. Tbh it's tiny but a huge bully, if a larger yellow wrasse would discourage the 6 line from chasing other fish without harming it that would be useful!

Long nose hawkfish - what's the smallest fish or shrimp this has any chance of eating? I have 2" puffers and a 3" 6 line wrasse, I doubt it would manage the filefish or algae blenny but unsure on the smaller ones. Also have cleaner shrimp and planning on a boxer shrimp which is a bit larger.

It's a 4 foot 120 gallon reef tank, up and running well over 3 years now. Thank you! :)

Multiple Blennies are hit or miss.

Same with Wrasses, if you already have a territorial one you may want to get an accumulation box at the start.

Hawkfish will attempt to eat most snails, crabs and shrimp in my experience

Thank you! The 6 line wrasse is actually a problem as it chases the very timid little puffers, I do wonder if a larger wrasse than it might mean it picks part of the tank and defends that one bit instead of patrolling the whole tank and terrorizing. Unsure whether it will solve or cause problems. I do love hawkfish but realise that entire long snout opens so likely a risk I won't take.
