Component 1 seems to be growing grunge in dosing container

I am noticing some brown grunge that appears to be growing in my Aquaforest Component 1 dosing container. To be clear, not in the original container but in my see through dosing container. I am using the pre-made bundle from Aquaforest. Anybody have any ideas.

Its the iron component of the component 1. Just give it a shake every other day and you are good. Somehow it does precipitate from the solution.
