How many PPM is iodine raised per 25 gallons of water when one cap full of component C is added?

The cap is 10 ml. I want to know how many ppm the one cap will raise a set volume of water. Be it 25 gallons or some other amount. It isn't in any of the paperwork aquaforest provides

10ml (Cap) Component C will rise Iodine level per 11 µg (micrograms) in 25 gallons.
