I'm thinking about switching to using the premixed Components 123+ in my 30g tank. I see that it's recommended to dose all three parts in equal amounts. I've noticed that in my tank (softies and LPS), my alk is consumed much faster than the calcium is. What I'm wondering is if it ok to change each of the three dosing amounts to match my tank's consumption, or if they HAVE to be dosed in equal amounts (i.e. Will something else get thrown out of whack?).

I'm currently using an "all-in-one" product now, but I'm noticing that my calcium and magnesium slowly rise between water changes, even though my alk stays constant. I switched to a salt mix with lower calcium and magnesium to manually lower those values with water changes, so they don't get to unacceptable levels as it rises.

My plan is to start dosing all at the same level, but then decrease calcium and/or magnesium as needed, and indicated by regular testing.

Hello,
At our website you can find answer: https://aquaforest.eu/en/product/component-123/

If one or two parameters are still not balanced- we recommend to continue with administering equal doses of each component, and take advantage of one of our additives (Calcium, Magnesium, KH Buffer) to restore desired level(s).

Here is also video tutorial for Component 1+2+3+:
Best regards,
Aquaforest

My issue isn't that I think I'll have to dose extra and "make up" the difference. My tank consumes calcium at a lower rate than alkalinity (all LPS and softies). My concern is that if I dose for the alkalinity that I want, my calcium will creep up too high if I dose it at the same rate.

What Aquaforest is saying is, you dose the Component 123+ in equal amounts to the lowest element in consumption. For example, you would dose to your Calcium level and what you are lacking in Alkalinity (as it's being consumed at a higher rate) you make up the Alkalinity dosage by using KH Buffer or KH Plus.

Let's say you have to currently dose 10ml of Calcium a day and 30ml of Alkalinity. You would dose Component 1, 2 and 3 equally at 10ml and add 20ml of either KH Buffer or KH Plus.

That makes or a lot of pumps and containers, though.

I dosed the extra ALK manually until my parameters eventually leveled off and corals started really growing. I get it though.
Same here. The first few months after I dosed the 3 parts. My ALK is still low to what I want. I keep daily dosing a small amount of KH Buffer until the ALK reading is right on.
