Components Strong

Is anyone using the Components Strong pack from Aquaforest? If so how much do you use? How often? Can they be added all at once or should I spread the dose out over a 1/2 hour or so?
My lfs said I should use one drop from each bottle twice weekly. I do 10% water change weekly using Reef Salt. I am planning on dosing 1+2+3+ when my tank needs it. Currently water changes are keeping up w/ the demand.
My tank will.eventually be a mixed reef with some soft corals, some LPS, mostly LPS.
I use Red Sea test kits except for mag.
Alk 10.4
Cal 480
Mag 1437.5 (Salifert)
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 2 to 4
Phosphate 0.02

True ... components strong are to be used to make your components 1,2,3 balling mix.

Another option is if you have a calcium reactor then you use component A,B,C. [emoji4][emoji6]
