Had a weird issue with my computer, I somehow logged in with my new and old Windows accounts at the same time. I deleted the old one but now I am no longer an administrator on my computer??? So despite being the only user on the computer/only account I no longer have administrative access, and can’t download software???

You probably deleted your admin user profile when you deleted the "old one." Which isn't an easy fix. You can try to go into system administration and then users and reassign your current account as an admin. But that might not even work because you arent an admin.

I appreciate the reply! When I contacted Microsoft they said it was unfixable, and told me to clean install windows. . . Was hoping that would be an easier fix ha ha but looks like I may need to do that.

That's what I was going to say will fix it as well bt figured I would have you try to add yourself as a user first. Sorry to hear you have to do that.

There's always a fix as Windows uses the account SYSTEM, which is what malware will leverage. Sounds like you deleted the RID assigned to the local admin. I'm not going to share these details out in the open but if you want to connect with me directly, I can share some ideas to get you back on track if you don't want to reinstall.

TL;DR it can be fixed by exploiting your installed OS
