Concentrating Randy’s formula - chemical consequences?

I am dosing NaOH for alk and CaCl for Calcium. For 8dkh and 400ca I am dosing around 140ml each.

If I was to double the concentration and half the dosing amount would there be any consequences?
Ie tubing melt, increased precipitation etc?

Reasoning for using NaOH is for the pH bump.

The main concern is mixing the alk part in fast enough to prevent local precipitation.
