Hello,

I want use some products in my aquarium, but the dosage for microelements is ambiguous for me.

1 drop per 100l (27 US gal.) daily.¿?

Could somebody help me to know the how solution increases in the below products?

If I add 1ml in 100l the solution increase ppm or mg/L...

- Iodum
- Strontium
- Iron
- Kalium

Thanks in advance.

I know it, but it's not the question... How many ppm or mg/L increase 1ml the component in 100l?

Regards

How many ppm are in a mL?
mg/L is the same as ppm. Remember that 1 ml = 1 g of water, so 1 liter = 1,000 grams (of Water). Again: 0.001 / 1,000 = 1/1,000,000 = one part per million

This is not the question...

For example, If I add 1ml Aquaforest Iodum in 100l, how many ppm increase the disolution?

In competetition products you can see "Add 1 mL for each 80 L (20 US gallons) daily to raise iodide by 0.10 mg/L.", in Aquaforest products you see "Dosage: 1 drop per 100l (27 US gal.) daily"???.

This is the question for Aquaforest products:

- Iodum
- Strontium
- Iron
- Kalium

Regards

Hello,
Here is list of each Aquaforest microelements:

Iodum: 1 mL for each 100 L (27 US gal) daily rising iodide by 0,25 ppm
Strontium: 1 mL for each 100 L (27 US gal) daily rising strontium by 1,09 ppm
Iron: 1 mL for each 100 L (27 US gal) daily rising iron by 0,008 ppm = 8 µg/l
Kalium: 1 mL for each 100 L (27 US gal) daily rising potassium by 1,86 ppm
Fluorine: 1 mL for each 100 L (27 US gal) daily rising fluorine by 0,06 ppm

Regards,
Aquaforest
