Concerned about my lighting

Hi there currently with RSMax S 650 175g mixed reef with 4 AI Hydra 26.

Currently using David Saxby’s setting which is on from 9am to 12mn.

Is this safe for my corals? I am new to corals and proper lighting so need lots of help. [emoji3] #davidsaxby #rsmax #redsea
