Concerned about table I have my tank on

I have a 40gal Fusion and I'm concerned that the table I have the tank on will eventually damage the tank.

The center of the front glass doesn't touch the table as there is a slight warp to the table. The from two corners are flat on the table and the foam mat underneath has completely flattened.

You can still see the foam mat on the sides and back corners. Almost like there is a pressure points on the front two corners

I added support beams underneath the table. I'm very curious to hear your thoughts.

Well, you should probably have 1/2" foam under the tank for that kind of reason. Not sure how you'll lift 320+lbs of tank, water, sand, etc. to put more foam under it now! lol

The support beams probably need a vertical riser somewhere near the center to flatten out the top. The support beams will increase strength but will still deflect when that much load is applied without a center support leg. Measure the center height directly under the part of the table that is bent the most, then cut a riser 1/8" to 3/16" longer and work it under the support beams to ensure that the table top flattens out. You may have to trim or lengthen the support riser until the table top is planar again.

As I'm not very handy I decided to buy a car jack. I'm going to jack up the center of the table. Do you think this looks like the seams are beginning to come apart?

every tank ive ever had, had a slight arch on the bottom. even when I built my stand and the top was perfect I noticed a slight gap. it never resulted in any damage. and these were all brand new tanks im talking about.

Don't be paranoid, be diligent. I had the same issue when I built my stand. However, since I built my stand, I had the opportunity to shim the top as well

It is looking better. The gap is definitely smaller.
