I was considering getting a few Tiger Sand Conch to help clean my sand. Does anyone have any experience with them? I have a Reefer 250, how many should I get?

I had one before and it was pretty cool. just make sure theres a decent amount of microfauna in the sand. They also get pretty big so watch out for them if you got plate coral or anything sitting on the sand bed as they might trample over them.
It should be fine. Coral thats more flat such as zoas, gsp, shrooms, plates could be a problem but i doubt itll cause any damage at all. itll prolly just bother them or knock em over at most.I do have a few Hammer Heads and a large Torch in the sand, could that be a problem?
Both it also eats cyanobacteria among other things. Good CUC.Does a fighting conch eat detritus out of the sand bed, or just algae?
