Ordered a couple fighting conch with my new cuc. Can someone confirm they are indeed fighting conch? The horns throw me off. Reef safe? I know there is a non reef safe one that eats molluscs. Safe with my fuse, inverts, crabs, shrimp?
Thank you.

Looks like a Florida Crown Conch, Melongena corona.
It says on melevsreef that crowns are not reef safe? That they eat molluscs. Do I need to remove? I have a couple shrimp, crabs, snails, hermits.

All true conchs are predators. Their main prey are bivalves, like clams and scallops. Shrimp, crabs are safe. Not sure about other gastropods, ie snails, but would think they could be safe. If you like those other things better than the conch then it needs to be removed.
