FWIW I have a 4ft 60 breeder with two fighting conchs and they do a great job.

I've seen this type of question asked in a few different ways and I would like to be educated... are conch aggressive to each other? Is that the case with all conch? Is it only an issue with the same type, like 2 fighting conch or 2 strawberry conch? Or will a strawberry still be aggressive to the fighting or vice-versa? Sorry if I'm hijacking the post.

What other invertebrate do you in this aquarium, some crabs eat conch snails for shells... Just to try it on, if it don't fit they move on

No, they aren't aggressive with each other or anything else that I have seen. I read the question to mean how many do you need to clean the sand in a given sized aquarium. I have two in each of my small tanks but I supplement feed them because there's probably not enough to sustain them long term in my tanks.

I have one, there so funny

Lazy eaters, they just sit and snack , sand turnover is minimal as they rest/sleep alot, then just snack.. then sleep again

I have 4 in a 75 gal and they're certainly not starving.

I uave some blue/red legged hermits if my wrasse hasnt plucked then all

some turbo snail/astria snail

bout 10 nasarius snails

1 fire shrimp

Nori, dang my fish would never leave any around for the conchs to get. Maybe pull the conchs put them in isolation/mushroom box and feed them the nori.

I love Conchs. I have them in all my tanks above a 10g. In my 75 I have 1 fighting and 4 Tiger/Strawberry. However one of the Tigers died recently.
