So my tank has been hard plumbed. I did a leak test (7 weeks) and drained it today. I'm painting it black and I notice there is condensation inside the bottom brace of the 75 gallon tank. Is it a cause for concern? Please give me your take on the situation.

My guess is that water dripped down the front/back/side and that the bottom center brace is a part of the same piece of plastic that the bottom frame is made from, and that some of those droplets made it into the space between the brace and the tank and evaporated/condensed, and boom, condensation. My vote is no biggie.

hi ,was your leak test temperate controlled?
agree also poss seeped in from outside,
after 7 weeks, i do not think a problem... :)

I think you guys are right. I didn't know that was a possibility but it should have been after noticing the paint seep past the brace. On another happy note I have ordered my 7 stage RO/DI filter! Going to move stuff and fill her up.
