Hi fellow Reefers! I picked up a new tank and filled it full of water just to check it before I make the switch of all my fish and rock from my 75 gallon to this 125 gallon. I (visually) noticed What seems to be condensation on the bottom of the tank Above one of the cross braces. The tank never felt wet underneath in that area and it’s slowly been going away. Tank has been sitting in garage holding water for about 5 days. Absolutely no leaks and no issues to be seen except for this one concern.
Is this normal or a sign of a future issue?
I did Completely wash the tank down inside and out prior to placing on the stand, maybe some water got in the seal from the bottom during the wash? Tank is super clear and full of water in the photos.

I would rather error on the side of caution with that. If it were me, I would drain the tank and remove any moisture from underneath. If the tank was washed, it is possible some water could have been trapped between the brace and the glass in that particulat area. Definitely don't set the tank up until it has been 100% verified that that moisture was from the exterior of the tank being washed and not some small leak near the seams.

Imagine getting everything transferred, set up, and months later realizing a leak exists. Take time and scrutinize the tank until absolutely certain there are no leaks. Hope that helps :D

I am fairly certain that is exactly what happened (water between brace and glass) but I Just finished draining it and will verify for sure prior to setup like you recommended! Thank you -
