New anemone arrived today . I placed it on the rock .. when I came home it was wrapped around the intake filter at the bottom . I managed to release but this is how it is appearing . I don't know if it will survive or if it heals on its own .. advice is greatly appreciated. No toxins are releasing and the foot is fully intact
I have attached a few different angle photos
Thanks

If the foot is not damaged, just give it time. I suggest to not lower light or reduce flow, either. It will find a spot it likes and then settle in.

With that said, I would screen off any larger intakes and cover powerheads with a nem guard or some type of DIY nem guard. Depending on the power head, some plastic screen and a few zip ties can be used for a temporary solution.
