Cone snail?

Just to be on the safe side it went to my "fend for yourself" tank. With all the other unwanted crab. (Pun intended)

honestly that does look like a cone snail, can you see if when it moves it has funny looking eyes if it does then its not a cone snail but a conch

edit https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conus_musicus i reverse imaged ur snail and it comes up as this snail, says its venomous and predatory. it looks just like yours, id take it out safetly without using hands ofc.
