Confirmation of Identification

Howdy all,

I am just looking to get confirmation of my understanding. My tank nutrients bottomed out and I am fighting to get them stable again.

I believe I have brown / green hair algae and red slime. The algae is held very loosely to the rock, and almost all becomes loose when I use a turkey baster, but when I turkey baste and do a water change it slowly keeps growing back.

My nutrients are
alk - 9.0 dkh
calcium - 400
phosphate - 0 ppm
nitrate - 2ppm
magnesium - 1250
