Another question, and sorry for all the questions... What if I add the xport in order to reduce the nitrate from 100 down to 10-20 and then take it out and let the biopellets deal with it?
That should work, monitor all your params since it's all a balance and keep us posted.

Also I forgot to note if a bloom happens keep surface agitation up and the skimmer running to keep the O2 levels high, the bloom will deplete dissolved O2.

Ok, so it's been a little over three weeks since I posted here, and I would like to update you that at the moment my nitrate level is between 5 to 10. In order to get to this level, I did the following:
1. Stopped adding NoPox.
2. Put XportNo3 in a bag in the sump.
3. Frequent water changes (50 liters every other day for a week, and then once a week)
4. Slowly added biopellets to the reactor (50grams a week) until I reached 400grams yesterday.
I am very happy with the results.
You are welcome to watch how my tank looks today -
Thank you very much for your help!

I didn't have MB7, so I used a different brand bacteria supplement for the 24hr preparation.

Tank looks great. Keep up the good work. Only one thing I suggest if you didn't do already is plumb the outlet of your biopellets reactor to the skimmer intake. You look like you have a heavy bioload in the tank. Sometimes I used to get clumps of slime floating in my sump till I did this.

Thanks! I actually have the biopellets reactor outlet going back to the wet-dry chamber and from there to the skimmer chamber (where the biopellets reactor is located as well).
