Confused With Alk

Randy - I've been raising my Mg in hopes of finding a daily dosing rate. I run a CA reactor, and only dose Mg. My Mg dosing has been irregular, and I am hoping to improve consistency and stability.

My target Mg is 1350.
Should I expect to see this drop in alk?
Isn't my Ca reactor effluent "balanced"?
Am I out-of-balance now, and need to adjust alk?

Am I in "zone 4"?

The values for 8/30 seem fine to me. Whenever dosing is not meeting demand, you see alk drop first.
