I'd put a union on it for sure . a union is pretty big so leave room to get a hand on it.

here’s a pic of the sump so everyone can understand better if I put s union on it would it have 2 b in the inside

so union with a 45 on it have the space but my proble holder is towards the bk of the sump by the bulkhead its actually on the baffle dont know why they did it like dont the probes usually go in the refugium or skimmer section?

They didn't leave Ya much choice there. What does synergy say about how to do it?
What's that rubber flex hose stuff? Maybe a barb fitting off the pump then a length of rubber hose passes thru the bulkhead .That would allow you to remove the pump & return line from the lid. So now how to attach the rubber hose to the rest of the return. Te=he return line pvc or what ever would have to inside the rubber hose. Let me get a pick for you .
This how I ran my return line . Now the hose I used isn't super flexible. It wasn't necessary. But You could get a length of real flexible hose . Sorry what it's called ?

i emailed them as far as the probes being in the return section i have a probe holder so i can just use it n da skimmer or refugium section but tha fact that there welded to the baffle bothers as far as connecting it i saw it on you tube they had a zip tie with braided tubing not really comfortable wiht something like that so just wanted some feedback

they dont say anything just send a link from you tube with there ts44 sump which is bigger it has braided tubing connected also flex tubing because the tank it shows has the ghost overflow also probes r n da skimmer section where they should be i am very disgusted payed so much money for this sump i actually wanted the trigger system triton sump but it was out of stock

Should have waited for it to be back in stock!

But as far as plumbing goes...
You could get Barb fitting and use flex tubing below the bulkheads, and pvc coming from the bulkheads to the display. This would eliminate the need for a union in the sump itself. I would add a union just above the bulkheads for easy disassembly.

Flex or braided tubing isn't a bad thing to use. It can also reduce vibration and noise coming from pumps. Just because people hard plumb everything, doesn't mean it's the best option.

If you don't like the look of it, get some krylon fusion the same color as the rest of the pipes and paint it.

oh as far as the tubing do i zip ties

You can. Look for large industrial ones. The usually are about two feet long, they are easier to get super tight, and hold a larger surface area of tubing.

If you can find stainless steel hose clamps they should be ok. You just have to be sure the bolt in them is also stainless. I found one that said stainless, but the bolt was not, and was rusting away in my sump in about 3 months.

If you're unsure on the hose clamp, just go with the zip tie, and buy some extra for when you do maintenance and need to take them off.

@jose hernandez I am really upset to hear you say this. You have never once asked us how to plumb this. As for the probe holder is it attached to the adjustable baffle so it will maintain the proper level with the water level. The video of the TS 44 was the BETA sump and changes were made to it and it is just like the TS34. They DO NOT need to be in the skimmer section. The return pump is very easy to hook up to the sump. You just need a short piece of 3/4" PVC pipe and put it into the bulkhead on the return section and a piece on the return pump. Then use a short piece of Silicone Tubing to connect the 2 pipes together. Makes it super easy to remove and eliminates all vibration.

the sump is immaculate the quality of workmanship top notch hands down i just wished it would have included some kind of how to as far as how to plumb it not everyone does there own plumbing that was my only complaint
