Connecting AC Jr to PC???

I just bought a AC Jr with serial port and I can't figure out which cable I should buy to connect it to my laptop. I don't have a serial port on it so that's out of the question. Does anyone know that that input is called? I need to find a usb to ____ Thanks guys!

You'll need a usb to serial port adapter. I don't have experience with hooking them up via one, so I'm not 100% sure if it'll work, but that would be where you would start.

I have the acIII and I use the ethernet port on the controller connected to a wireless router to connect to my pc.Does the jr have an ethernet port?

No I wish it did it has a stupid minidin 8 pin connector that isn't compatible with anything but their cable... What a coincidence.

Ha yea phil 'gave' that's what we'll call it.

I guess I'm just going to have to pony up the 20 bucks for the two cables... stupid capitalism
