Connecting radion to WXM

I have about 2 days invested into trying to connect my radions and vortechs to my WXM-

I have performed about every tutorial I can find in line- I never get the radions to do anything- both Gen 3 pros- I have connected them to my laptop and updated firmware. Updated wxm multiple times, deleted module and reset apex-
Radions never reset or attach.

I also have a pair of MP40’s- I can get 1 to connect. I think this issue may be that the one that won’t connect is the old style controller- I thought they all had wireless capabilities but only the new will connect- I will have to upgrade that controller-

Any one have a good guide to connect my lights?

I am by no means an expert but I recently had some issues getting some gen4 radions to connect to a WXM. I would reset them repeatedly through the apex display unit and nothing would happen. What seemed to work for me was I was logged into the Apex Dashboard (the old one you get to by IP address) and in the module configuration screen on WXM there was a reset option there. It seemed to pick it up when I reset it there and when I connected from there, but didn't seem to do anything when I did it through the display unit.

Are you resetting the radions in the EccoSmart live utility?? Once you do that, you should be able to go into the wxm and click attach, also change the frequency from on the wxm. Its probably set to 1, try 2.
I have all gen4 pros on my display, and just picked up a Gen 3 for my frag tank. After the reset and firmware in the Ecco Smart utility, went to Apex wxm and attach brought it right in.
