Connecting to wifi frustrating

I have been at this for 4 hours now and no matter what i do when i get to the last step to ping the ip i get the same result. I tried to do exactly like it says on the youtube video but when he says the GHL doser with show a white light after saving the wifi settings it just stays blue. What am i doing wrong.

Just checked they both have different SSID and password.

Now i did the ping again and its showing 2

Your connecting to the 2.4, are you doing static IP or DHCP. Next how far away is the device from the wireless router?

I was able to finally connect it somehow lol thanks alot, now im just trying to calibrate this since im doing at speed 1 and its off by 2ml when i do 10ml and its off by 3 when i dose 20ml.

This is why I’m done with GHL. You need to be a network administrator to set this crap up. Why’s it not simple like apex where I just type in the dang password for the network???

At least - I have not need to do this with my GHL equipment I´m better on network than electronics

Havent had a problem since that time but now the issue is occuring again, been trying to connect to increase the alk dose and im not able to connect. Im going on vacation this week and im starting to have trust issues, i ping it on my computer and its working but cant connect to GHL cloud

Disconnected the doser to bring it upstairs to the PC to update it and now i gotta do everything all over again
