I've got something going on with the fish and it's been up and down for the past few months. No spots but eyes are cloudy, they swim like something is on them sometimes, like they're swimming into a spider web or something. They just start spazzing and shaking heads or dart around for a few seconds. They're all eating normal and healthy besides whatever is on them. No fin rot or physical noticeable signs other than the glean on some of their eyes. I FW dipped my regal and nothing showed or came off like flukes so I'm not sure.
My tank is mostly FOWLR except for the BTA's and the random coral that decided it wanted to live after I went fowlr. It's all xenia and mushrooms. If the coral dies, whatever. Not a concern. My main concern is the anemones that I'd really like to live.
My question is am I going to regret dosing paraguard? I cant really find a lot of info from people dosing it into the DT. Is it going to kill all my snails, hermit, BTA's?
I also have prazipro, which I've tried in the past but never got great results from because I couldnt really get a good cycle on it. I was running bio pellets in the past so I couldnt turn off the skimmer for very long. Now I'm not running pellets and can safely keep the skimmer off.
I really dont want to go fallow yet because trying to catch all these fish are going to stress them out big time, and a lot will just die in the QT from stress. The tank isnt that bad, it's not to the point that fish are dying, flashing, exploded with ich, etc.
Thanks
