I rebuilt my RODI (new filters and adjusted lines) and got a leak at the RO imput. I've tried recruiting the hose multiple using the cutting tool and that didn't help. Replaced the push connector and still the issue persists.

The leak is at the connection to the side where the pre-filter line pushes into the connector and not the connector -> RO.

Hey Sean151, not super sure what the issue is but some pictures would be helpful, but if you have a spare fitting laying around you could out the line into that fitting and hold your finger over the other side in order to see if its the tubing or the fitting. But it could also be tension pulling the line to the side of the fitting which could be preventing a flush seal.

Most probably fitting is bad and needs to be changed. Also when cutting tubing make sure to cut it perpendicular to tubing so its not oblique. Also use a sharp cutter so it doesn't press much over tubing to keep it from becoming a bit oval shape...

Yeah I'll add a picture, but I already tried a replacement fitting and same result. I'll try playing with the line angle again, but had no luck previously even when using my hands to force minimal angular pressure on the connection point.

I already tried replacing the fitting once and the issue persisted, though remarkably less than before (drips vs. stream). I am using a ro tube cutter that's seen not that many cuts and the cuts appear clean, but maybe I could try polishing sandpaper to clean it up more?

You can slow the slow leak here.

So I tried connecting that black line to a straight union connector and it still leaked there, no matter how straight. Replaced the line with a different brand/batch and no more issues. Cranked up the booster pump to 100 and no leaks then or after I put it to 80 to break in the filters.
