This will be going in my 130.4 waterbox build.

it’ll take up approximately 50% of the right side

it’s about 30lbs of dry Tonga branch rock

constructive criticism is appreciated!

This should actually look nice especially when frags have dressed it up

Looks beautiful; is it going to be stable with coral & fish & current? ( Can’t see that from here :) )

I think my only critique would that it seems a little two dimensional which could create issues with shading as corals grow out although I'm not sure if the dimensions of your tank will allow you to give it more depth. Looks Awesome though!

i hear ya on that. It was tough with the amount of branched rock I had to make it more 3D. Also I wanted to leave room toward the back and sides to clean. I think I will have to add reef rock to either side to make it complete.

I think so. I used a ton of super glue. I just transported it to the tank without any issues. It’s pretty stable from all sides. And the base rock helps tremendously with stability!

yeah I know People would rather compliment than risk being rude
I think it looks good really, and I’m just a recent minimalist convert ;)
I fear there’s not enough rock with just this piece! I guess I can add more to the sides, or the sump. But I like the minimalist look :)

I would critique this but I really like it . As a center formation has a nice forward display to attach all sorts of stuff too. Good job!

Looks great! The only thing I would tweak is to somehow fill in some of the gap, above the right side Lowest branch. I feel it would improve the visual balance.

On the other hand, spaces fill up pretty quickly in a reef. So when I look at dry rockscapes, I imagine them with tea plates, and baseballs covering it. This gives a sense what your tank will look like in 2 years.

I do plan on getting some base rock to lay on the sand bed to create islands for some of my LPS. That will change the dynamic. But this structure will be my main rock.
As far as the shading goes- I agree. I tried to extend either side out as much as I could so that coral on the bottom portion of the rock will receive light. I also angled up the rock work toward the back to create a ‘stadium’ structure (for lack of a better description lol). Only time will tell!

I think it's a beautiful centerpiece. One low island to the front left or right of the tank for some asymmetry, and you're all set.
