Which types of containers are you using for your top off? I see folks stating they think certain materials leech nasty phosphate into thir system and since I am using a sealed home depot bucket this has me a little concerened!

Show off those top off containers:wink:

I use one of those 27 gallon Strong Box totes from Home Depot. They're like $15 bucks. I'm using one as my sump too.

Also a good choice. I had one of those set up for when I moved recently as a holding bin until I got set up. Im going to use it for a frag tank next.

I use this 3 gallon container from elite-aquatics. It's acrylic and has a lid which I believe makes a difference as I have started using less top off since I got it.

My ATO reservoir is a pair of 10g tanks from walmart... $13 each, and they take up less room than anything equivalent in size

I was using a 20g high glass tank but have since just started using these 5g plastic jugs I got from a natural seawater supplier at a frag swap. I just fill them and swap them out.

i use 2 5 gallon food grade plastic buckets that they use at my local cheese factory for storing enzymes
