When I dived into this saltwater adventure, little did I know.
Basically clueless to what I would encounter and the challenges I would be met with.
But I have not given up!!
Can you please explain to me what is happening in my tank?
Please
1) Are these little white dots everywhere Snail babies?
2) What on earth is growing on my rocks?
3) Any idea what this tiny brown thing crawling around on the glass could be?
4) Is there anything that will eat these crazy pink worms that are hiding in the rocks n sand bottom?

It looks like these may be Spirorbid worms (harmless filter feeders, but some people consider them pests because they can look unsightly if their population gets out of hand).

2) What on earth is growing on my rocks?

Not sure on this one, though I saw something pretty much just like it the other day. Possibly some kind of algae or hydroids?

That's a flatworm.

Assuming you're asking about the bristle worms (you can see one in the rocks of one of your pics if you zoom in), then a lot of wrasses and arrow crabs will eat. There are other things that eat them too, but these are some of the more effective options that I'm aware of. That said, you'll probably never get rid of them all using just biological controls (i.e. predators), so you may see some still on occasion. The good news is, most bristle worms are harmless/beneficial CUC (the harmful species are usually pretty easily ID'ed) - just don't touch them barehanded, as the bristles are quite spiny.

Oh my gosh thank you so much for your time . I’m very thankful to hear I don’t have a tank full of baby snails.
Yes I was talking about the bristle worms.
But if I may ask—this flat worm is it good or bad? Do I need to worry about it being in my tank?

It would be considered bad. They’re not really an issue unless you have a lot of them, but they’re problematic in large numbers.
