I'm wondering what those of you with experience think about a continuous drip system to slowly change water constantly (about 1gal per day) vs the larger changes every week or so? Would this system be better for a smaller 29G tank or something closer to 100G or more? Also, do you know if the drip removed water could be used for anything? Seems it would be way too difficult to clean it and process it back through the RODI system. Thanks.

Ive only seen it in person used on a stores fresh system. I beleive between evaporation and top off, the slow waterchange method would be very hard to nail down.

As for reprocessing the water, i wouldnt. Water the lawn with it (no salt water wont harm grass, atleast it doesnt harm my lawn).
